The Victron BMV-712 Smart battery monitor black is the most comprehensive battery monitor with built-in Bluetooth and an extra input. This model is equipped with a black front. The extra input can be used to measure voltage (of a second battery), temperature or the midpoint voltage and associated alarm and relay settings.
A battery monitor provides insight into your power consumption and the status of the battery. An indispensable instrument for monitoring the battery bank. In addition to battery voltage, current and consumed ampere hours, the BMV-700 series also shows the charge status (%), the remaining time and the power consumption in watts. This set consists of (see images) a monitor with associated shunt (500A) and a cable set; no other parts are required.

It’s possible that only the box was damaged in transit, not the battery or product itself. You can remove the product from the box and inspect it. If the product is damaged, please take photo of the damaged packaging and product and send them to support@ionbase.io within two days.
Please put all your items and packing materials into the original box and request a return shipment by filling in this form
Not convinced about your battery? You can return it within 30 days in its original state and box. The same goes for accessories.
It is important to take good care of your battery and other purchases during the return period, as we cannot give a full refund if your battery is used, products are damaged, or shows signs of usage upon return (including battery cycles).
The ordered items must be returned in their original box and packing material, so we always advise you to keep the box until the return period has passed.

Warranty-related returns are free of charge. Otherwise, the below return fees will be calculated and deducted from your refund.
