The Lynx Shunt VE. Can is part of the modular Victron Lynx distribution system.
The Lynx system is a modular DC busbar system used to connect batteries, DC equipment and provide fuse protection with battery monitoring.
The Lynx system consists of the following modules:
The Lynx Distributor or Lynx Power In can be used with or without the Lynx Shunt.

If the products within your order are on stock we will send them out within a week
It’s possible that only the box was damaged in transit, not the battery or product itself. You can remove the product from the box and inspect it. If the product is damaged, please take photo of the damaged packaging and product and send them to support@ionbase.io within two days.
Please put all your items and packing materials into the original box and request a return shipment by filling in this form
Not convinced about your battery? You can return it within 30 days in its original state and box. The same goes for accessories.
It is important to take good care of your battery and other purchases during the return period, as we cannot give a full refund if your battery is used, products are damaged, or shows signs of usage upon return (including battery cycles).
The ordered items must be returned in their original box and packing material, so we always advise you to keep the box until the return period has passed.

Warranty-related returns are free of charge. Otherwise, the below return fees will be calculated and deducted from your refund.

When exchanging orders over €50 we will cover the shipping costs
