The Blue Smart IP65 charger is the new professional battery charger with built-in Bluetooth. This 13A battery charger is resistant to water, dust and chemicals. The input voltage is 230 VAC and the maximum charging current (normal mode) is 13 amps. This makes this charger suitable for 24V battery systems with a battery capacity between 65Ah and 130Ah. The Blue Smart IP65 charger can be used for devices in your workshop and for motor vehicles, such as (classic) cars, motorcycles, boats and campers.

It’s possible that only the box was damaged in transit, not the battery or product itself. You can remove the product from the box and inspect it. If the product is damaged, please take photo of the damaged packaging and product and send them to support@ionbase.io within two days.
Please put all your items and packing materials into the original box and request a return shipment by filling in this form
Not convinced about your battery? You can return it within 30 days in its original state and box. The same goes for accessories.
It is important to take good care of your battery and other purchases during the return period, as we cannot give a full refund if your battery is used, products are damaged, or shows signs of usage upon return (including battery cycles).
The ordered items must be returned in their original box and packing material, so we always advise you to keep the box until the return period has passed.

Warranty-related returns are free of charge. Otherwise, the below return fees will be calculated and deducted from your refund.
