How can i place an order?

All batteries, charger and accessories can be ordered on our website. Add the item(s) of your choice to your cart and proceed with your payment to complete the order. 

After your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email within minutes after your purchase. 

Didn’t see it still after a few hours, and it’s not in your spam folder? Please contact us at info@ionbase.io

It is not possible to modify your order on our website after it has been placed.

You can directly pay with iDEAL or pay later with Klarna

Your invoice will be emailed to you when the order is ready for shipment

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship orders in the Netherlands

Orders over €50 will have free delivery. Orders under €50 euro will have €7 shipping costs

If the products within your order are on stock we will send them out within a week

It’s possible that only the box was damaged in transit, not the battery or product itself. You can remove the product from the box and inspect it. If the product is damaged, please take photo of the damaged packaging and product and send them to support@ionbase.io within two days.

How do i return my order?

Please put all your items and packing materials into the original box and request a return shipment by filling in this form 

Not convinced about your battery? You can return it within 30 days in its original state and box. The same goes for accessories.

It is important to take good care of your battery and other purchases during the return period, as we cannot give a full refund if your battery is used, products are damaged, or shows signs of usage upon return (including battery cycles). 

The ordered items must be returned in their original box and packing material, so we always advise you to keep the box until the return period has passed. 

Please contact us at support@ionbase.io if you’d like a new box to be delivered. 

Warranty-related returns are free of charge. Otherwise, the below return fees will be calculated and deducted from your refund.

If you are not happy with your purchase and want to possibly exchange items, please contact us at order@ionbase.io 

When exchanging orders over €50 we will cover the shipping costs

Your order will be refunded within 14 days after your items have been returned and processed in our warehouse
